I heart faces Week 29: "At the Beach"

In an effort to get stay motivated to get my new camera out and put my photoshop to use doing fun things like editing pictures, I decided to start doing the "I ♥ faces" weekly challenge! Fun! This weeks theme is "at the beach".. I had way too many pictures to choose from but decided to dig this one out of its dusty digital file and spruce it up with some photoshop actions! Enjoy!
