Being Tourists in our own town!
We we had some fun visitors for a few days this month. Of course they wanted to see the sites and have some Southern California Experiences. It was kinda fun to do "touristy" things for a change. There are so many fun things to do around here. I think we just get caught up in our daily routine and forget to mix it up sometimes.
{H.B. Pier, we had dinner at Ruby's}
{walked to the nearby shopping center in our pj's for doughnuts in the am one morning}
tried to keep Hudson from going overboard off the pier.. We actually got to see a Seal (I didn't have my camera with me) that was chillin' under the Newport Pier begging for fish from the fisherman..
Wow, actually got a picture with my hub!
Took them to see Balboa Island and experience a little Dad's Balboa Bars (our personal favorite)
We also walked the back bay in Newport, Went to the San Diego Zoo where we saw a monkey throw a tantrum and a rhino pee at least a gallon. We talked and laughed. Enjoyed the jacuzzi & the beach. Hudson got way too much attention and is now currently going through some attention withdrawls. ;) It was fun to have some girl time too and I'm already missing them! Thanks for playing Ash and Bonnie! We hope you come play again soon!
