Just wanted to let you know about a fun, free activity to do with your family this Saturday!
For more details click here: http://www.discoverycube.org/fsea.aspx?q=46 .
It is called the Pumpkin Launch and it's put on by the Discovery Science Center (you know that big cube on the side of the 5 Freeway next to the rocket). It is known for bringing out quite the crowd. It is happening rain or shine at Cal State Fullerton's, Titan Stadium.
Your kids can build their own catapult, there is a marshmallow throwing competition, tower building activity and competition, pop-rocket and spud-rocket activities, paper airplane building, etc.
Right after the Launch, you will have the chance to be in a Guinness World Record attempt. There will also be a FREE raffle to win FREE stuff!
{Brandon is doing this event as part of a school project before graduation in a few weeks. It's helping to promote skin cancer awareness}
It should be a blast, a fun way to spend your Saturday! Let us know if you have any questions!
